eThembeni - A Place of Hope
eThembeni is a training centre erected to fill the need
for holistic, affordable training to Christian volunteers
coming from disadvantaged rural communities. Training
must empower them to be a healing, hope generating
resource to those infected and affected by HIV and AIDS.
Training focuses on care, prevention and minimising the
effect of HIV and AIDS on the Community

Thembelihle Day Care Centre
Thebebelihle Day Care Centre in Ezakheni takes care of 50
preschool children from the surrounding community while
their parents are at work. The children receive care in a
loving environment.
They desperately need bigger premises and better equipment.

Ezakheni Crisis Centre
The Ezakheni Crisis Centre has been in operation since
2000. It was started by a group of local affected women
in an effort to address a desperate need for a supporting
envorinment.
Their mission is to promote and protect human rights
within all types of abuse. They are committed to
restructuring the criminal justice system that upholds the
provisions of the constitution of a democratic South
Africa. The organisation includes justice for men, women,
children, physically challenged, gender awareness,
community capacity building and training programmes.
